Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund process for users of LAB OF CLUB ("the Platform"), operated by LABOFWEB Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The Platform is currently offered on a free tier. When paid subscription plans are introduced in the future, this policy will govern all payments made through the Platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free Tier: Users on the free tier may discontinue using the Platform at any time by simply ceasing to use the service or by requesting account deletion via email at info@labofweb.com.

Paid Subscriptions (Future): Users on paid subscription plans may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle;
  • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect;
  • No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with LAB OF CLUB for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

After the 30-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
